A menu item is missing

Nexus hides what you can't use, so a "missing" menu is almost never a bug. Run down this list:

  1. Package — does your organisation hold the feature? Menus only appear for packages you hold. Admins can check with support; options are on the in-app /pricing page.
  2. Clinical system — Medicus tools only show for Medicus sites, EMIS Templates for EMIS Web, TPP Templates for SystmOne.
  3. RoleTeam members and Billing are admin-only; some other entries need manager or admin rights.
  4. Per-user access — a few features (e.g. FFT, Search Planner) are enabled per user; ask your admin.
  5. DataMy QOF data appears only after clinical QOF data is ingested; IM1-badged items unlock when live multi-practice data is connected.
  6. Account type — free NHS viewer accounts see dashboards only. If your practice subscribes, join its organisation account.

If none of these fit, contact support@primarycareit.co.uk with the menu item and your organisation name.
