PCN performance dashboard
Dashboards → PCN performance shows a whole Primary Care Network at once: every member practice compared on each measure, with the highest and lowest performers highlighted. If you belong to one of the practices, yours is highlighted so you can spot your position instantly.
What's on it
The same themed measures as the practice dashboard — demographics, demand and capacity, workforce, income, quality, experience — but pivoted to network level: each tile ranks the member practices side by side, and the PCN's aggregate position is benchmarked against the ICB and nationally.
Drilling down
Click a practice to open its full Practice performance view. Use the scope picker to switch to another PCN you have access to.
Good ways to use it
- PCN board packs — a ready-made variation view across the network for each measure.
- Sharing workload arguments — workforce and demand tiles show which practices are outliers per 1,000 patients.
- Targeting improvement support — the highest performer on a measure is often the best person to ask "how do you do it?"
