Dashboards → Practice performance benchmarks a single practice against its PCN, ICB and the national picture, entirely from published NHS data. It works for any practice — yours, or any other you select in the scope picker — and needs no clinical system connection.

What's on it

The dashboard is organised into themed tabs/sections:

• Demographics — list size, age profile and deprivation context
• Demand & capacity — appointment volumes and modes against capacity
• Workforce — GPs, nurses and other roles per 1,000 patients
• Income — practice payments broken down and benchmarked
• Quality — public QOF achievement and trend, CVDPREVENT indicators and CQC ratings
• Experience — GP Patient Survey results
• Public health — screening, vaccination and population health measures

Every tile shows the practice's value against PCN, ICB and national benchmarks; hover for exact figures, and use the period picker to compare NHS financial years.

Good ways to use it

• Monthly practice meeting — a quick scan of where you sit against your PCN on access, workforce and quality.
• Preparing for CQC or contract visits — the quality and experience sections give you the published picture inspectors will also see.
• Comparing with a neighbour — switch the scope to any practice to understand differences (and remember context: demographics and deprivation shift what "good" looks like).

Note on "My QOF data"

This dashboard shows *published* QOF (which lags the current year). If your organisation's clinical data is ingested from your Nexus (Medicus) system, the separate My QOF data dashboard shows your live, in-year position.
