Overview







This folder contains a number of searches to help practices who wish to report on different types of activity.  All activity reports are based on a parent population of all patients currently registered or who left/passed away in the last 12 months to ensure all activity is included.


ARRS Roles

ARRS appointment and consultation searches are intended to support practices reviewing the activity of their ARRS staff.  The reports show total activity numbers by user type, individual session holder and slot type or type of consultation.

Deaths and departures





These reports are designed to show the number of patients who have left the practices in the last 12 months including deaths and patients who moved to another practice.

Documents received



This search identifies consultations in the last 12 months where the consultation type was 'inbound document' or 'scanned document'.  

Enterprise consultations



This search identifies consultations in the last 12 months where the consultation type was 'enterprise consultation' or 'extended hours consultation'.

GP/Nurse/HCA appointments and consultation


These searches identify appointments in the last 12 months where the session holder's user type indicates a GP, nurse or HCA role and consultations in the last 12 months where the user details' user type indicates a GP, nurse or HCA role and the consultation type is not enterprise or extended hours.  The report shows this information broken down by user type and national slot category (appointments) or type of consultation.

Lab reports received


This search identifies patients with pathology reports in the last 12 months where the data type was pathology, radiology or screening.  The reports show either a total number of patients who had a pathology report recorded on their record or the total count of pathology reports received (activity).

Prescriptions issued


This search identifies patients with medication issues in the last 12 months and the report shows total number of medication issues over the same period.

Referrals in last 12 months


This search identifies patients with referrals in the last 12 months and the report shows total number of referrals over the same period.  

WarningAlert
The search will only pick up referrals which have been sent by or recorded within the referrals module of EMIS.  Referrals made by phone or email where they have not been recorded in the referrals module will not appear.

Registrations


This search identifies all patients with a registration date in the last 12 months and the report shows this number broken down by month of registration and by age bands.

X-rays and ultrasounds



This search identifies all patients with a code indicating an x-ray or ultrasound in the last 12 months.
