EMIS Templates, TPP Templates and Artefacts
Alongside the builders, the Resources menu includes three catalogues of ready-made and imported content for specific clinical systems. Which ones you see depends on your packages and clinical system.
Artefacts
Resources → Artefacts is the cross-system template store, covering Medicus, EMIS and TPP content. You can:
- Browse and search, filtering by clinical system and lifecycle stage (development / QA / live)
- Open a template's detail view and inspect its structure
- Upload template files — they're parsed on import
- Re-import updated versions and track code validation
EMIS Templates
Resources → EMIS Templates is the EMIS Web-specific catalogue: templates with lifecycle badges, regional variants, version history and their related resources. From here you can also open a template into a form for editing, or bulk-import EMIS resources.
If you have an existing EMIS template as XML, you can also import it directly from the Forms page — it lands in your library ready to edit.
TPP Templates
Resources → TPP Templates is the SystmOne surface:
- Library — browse templates uploaded from TPP bulk XML
- Canvas — a visual editor for a template's controls and properties
- Versions — draft and version management
- Registry / Links / Views — how templates relate to each other
