My workforce — your own rota and leave

Workforce → My workforce is the self-service page for every member of staff — no manager permissions needed. It shows only *your own* information, matched to the email address you sign in with.

What you can do

  • See your upcoming rota — your sessions, rooms and sites.
  • Check your leave balance — entitlement, taken and remaining for the holiday year.
  • See your leave requests and their status.
  • Submit a leave request — it goes to your manager for approval through the standard workflow.

Managers and admins see exactly the same page for themselves — approvals and team-wide views live under Leave and the Rota planner.

If your rota looks empty

Your staff record's email must match the email you sign in to Nexus with — if they differ, nothing matches. Ask whoever manages Workforce → Setup to check your staff record.
