How to Join the PCIT Organisation Group

How to Join the PCIT Organisation Group

-     Go to ‘Setup’, ‘Users & Policy’ and ‘Organisation Groups’:

-         

-          Ensure the ‘Only show groups this organisation has joined’ tickbox is NOT ticked.

 

-          Expand the ‘Norfolk Pct (Trust Group)’ folder on the left hand side and select the ‘PCIT Reporting Group’ group in the list.

 

-          Once highlighted click ‘Join Group’ at the top of the screen:

 

-          A message will appear to say a task has been sent to the group owner to be approved. The group owner (Primary Care IT) will then need to action the task in order to allow access to the group by your practice.

-          Please let PCIT know once you have completed this step so we can approve the task for your practice.

-          Once approved then you will be able to view the additional resources at your practice.
