Actioning a Task on SystmOne to Join PCIT Organisation Group - Localisation Resources
This guide provides a step-by-step walk-through on how to join the Organisation Group in order to access your localisation resources. PCIT will send a task via SystmOne inviting your organisation to join the relevant group. This task is typically unassigned and must be actioned before you can access our resources.
Please note: by the time you complete this process, your organisation should already be part of the core Primary Care IT Organisation Groups – namely, the Reporting Group and the RG.
Please follow the steps below
“Primary Care IT only share resources with the appropriate organisations so our sharing groups are called "Primary Care IT - **THE NAME OF YOUR ICB**””
To access this unassigned task, go to ->Workflow ->Task list:
Then on the left hand side of the screen select "Unassigned" and you will see the task from Primary Care IT called Organisation Group Membership Invitation
Right hand mouse click on the task itself and you will see a number of options:
Select "Action" and you will see the following alert (NB you will see the region that you are a member of mentioned here)
You will now be able to see the audit trail on the task confirming that you have joined the localisation Organisation Group will now have access to the relevant localised resources.
