Actioning a Task on SystmOne - Localised Resources
Actioning a Task on SystmOne to Join PCIT Organisation Group - Localised Resources
This guide will walk you through the steps of actioning an Organisation Group Membership Invitation task for localised resources; this option is an add-on and not available by default to all customers*. PCIT will send a Task via SystmOne inviting your organisation to join the relevant group. This task is typically unassigned and must be actioned before you can access our resources.
Note: before following these steps your organisation should already be part of the core PCIT organisation groups: Primary Care IT - Reporting Group and Primary Care IT - RG.*Primary Care IT only share resources with the appropriate organisations, so our sharing groups are called "Primary Care IT - [THE NAME OF YOUR ICB]”
To access the Task, go to Workflow >Task List on your SystmOne toolbar:

On the left hand side of the screen select Unassigned Tasks. You will see a Task from Primary Care IT called Organisation Group Membership Invitation. The text will say that "Primary Care IT (NHS Norfolk and Waveney Icb - 26a) has invited you to join the Primary Care IT - [THE NAME OF YOUR ICB] organisation group. Action this task to approve or delete the invite".
Right-click on the Task itself (displayed on the right of your screen) and select Action.
The Task will automatically mark itself as Completed and will display your name, the date & time and the text "Membership invitation accepted". All users within your practice system will now have access to all of the localised PCIT resources for your area. The resources will not display for users until they have completely logged out of SystmOne and logged back in again.
If you have not yet actioned the Tasks to gain access to PCIT's base resources, please click
here for a step by step guide on how to join the relevant organisation groups.
