PCIT SystmOne Overall Setup Guide for New Customers
Introduction
This guide outlines the actions required to
successfully set up PCIT's SystmOne toolset within your organisation if you are a new customer (or returning after a period of time). It will talk you through key areas of setup and responsibilities of both parties to ensure the onboarding process goes as smoothly as possible.
There are two key areas of setup:
System Configuration
Customer Onboarding
1. System Configuration
This section outlines the required actions on both
sides to enable full functionality of the PCIT SystmOne toolset within your
practice’s system.
A. PCIT
Responsibilities
Once the invoice is signed, we will:
Submit a request for the practice to grant access to a limited number of designated PCIT staff to your SystmOne unit. This request is sent via email containing the designated users’
names and smartcard numbers.
Send a task via SystmOne requesting that the
practice joins the following Organisation Groups
Provide a user guide for configuring the
toolbar to enable access to the PCIT toolset
B. Customer
Responsibilities
To complete system setup, the practice will need
to:
1. Add the named PCIT users to your
SystmOne unit. Click here for step-by-step instructions. 2. Action the task sent via SystmOne to confirm
the practice has joined the specified Organisation Group. Click here
for step-by-step
instructions.
3. Follow the configuration guide to update
the SystmOne toolbar, ensuring visibility and access to PCIT templates and
features. Click here
for step-by-step instructions.
2. Customer Onboarding
Once the system configuration is complete, we get to meet you! This
stage focuses on introducing the practice team to the PCIT toolset, providing
context, and answering any setup-related queries. This normally conducts via Teams
meeting.
A. PCIT Responsibilities
• Arrange an onboarding session with key members of the practice team to walk through the SystmOne toolset, including key workflows and use cases.
B. Customer Responsibilities
• Identify key members of the practice team and ensure they attend the onboarding session and review the material provided. Ask any questions as needed to make sure that staff members will be confident in using the system. Share this knowledge with staff members who are not present.
Please note: It is essential that the SystmOne toolbar is correctly configured to enable the best access to the PCIT toolset. This configuration step will be covered during the onboarding session.
In some organisations, toolbar setup can be completed centrally by an IT lead or system administrator. In others, it must be configured by each individual user. Please check how your organisation manages toolbar configuration and ensure appropriate steps are taken as part of your setup process.
