Multi-KPI patients (Local data)
Dashboards → Local data → Multi-KPI patients lists the patients who appear on several QOF indicators' outstanding worklists at once — the highest-leverage recall list in the building, because one contact can tick several boxes.
What's on it
- Each patient with the number of outstanding indicators and a chip for every indicator they're outstanding on — click a chip to open that indicator's own worklist.
- Filter by minimum indicators (2+, 3+, …) and by a specific indicator ("show me the multi-KPI patients who are also missing their asthma review").
Where the list comes from
The list is read from the membership stored with each indicator's daily snapshot — not recomputed live — so it opens instantly. The "as of" tile shows the oldest snapshot feeding the view. Patient-level reads on this page are recorded in the clinical access audit, like every Local data patient view.
If the page reports that membership hasn't been captured yet, the stored lists begin with the next overnight snapshot run.
