Getting started with Library Items
Resources → Library Items holds your reusable building blocks — a blood-pressure panel, a smoking-status question set — built once and dropped into any form. If your team builds the same section into several forms, that section should be a library item.
Creating an item
New Item opens the same builder as forms: anything you can build in a form can be saved as a reusable item. Group items into categories by clinical area so the team can find them quickly.
You'll see your own items, items shared across your organisation, and public items provided on the platform.
Using items in forms
In the Form Builder, insert a library item from the element palette — the item's content is embedded into your form at that point.
Before you change an item
Each item tracks where it is used and keeps version history. Check both before editing an item that many forms rely on — you can see exactly which forms would be affected, and roll back if needed.
