OneLauncher Admin
Overview
The OneLauncher Admin encompasses PCIT resources which are useful to practice Administration and Reception staff. The launcher allows users to easily access these resources from one place.
The OneLauncher Admin is loaded via the F12 protocol menu on your EMIS Web homepage. If you don't have the OneLauncher Admin on the list currently, you can add it. Click here

The OneLauncher Admin comprises of the following resources:
OneTemplate Admin (TM00020)
This template is designed for use by admin team members to record all of the common things that are needed in that role.
OneTemplate CQC (TM00321)
This template contains sections that highlight any outstanding areas the patient may have for CQC, in conjunction with the CQC alert.
Eligibility Checkers
Clicking Eligibility checker will go to the below menu:
This allows staff to check if the patient is eligible for pneumonia vaccination
This allows staff to check if the patient is eligible for a shingles vaccination
This allows staff to check if the patient is eligible for an influenza vaccination
This allows staff to check if the patient is eligible for an RSV vaccination
This allows staff to check if the patient is eligible to have an NHS Health Check now
Referral Tree (Document Management)
This is only available to Premium Subscribers
As part of our Premium subscription service, Primary Care IT offer the option of the Referral Tree. This is to aid in the process of document management, users will receive the Referral Tree protocol which will store fully optimised document templates that have been imported and tested in EMIS. These forms are optimised to pull across patient data from the patients record as well as from clinical templates designed to capture and embed crucial information to help speed up and streamline the referral process to save critical time.
Coding Resources
This template is for use by clinical coders when receiving external communications from other agencies.
This protocol will end episodes of safeguarding on patients of any age.
This protocol allows coding of retinopathy results, ensuring correct coding.
SAR Tracking (HP038)
This protocol assists staff in tracking the status of Subject Access Requests (SARs), ensuring compliance with data protection laws and improving the efficiency of request management.
This protocol is designed to assist users in recording smear results systematically It ensures consistent documentation of HPV results and cervical screening outcomes, while also defining appropriate follow-up actions. This protocol provides a streamlined process that displays previous results and follow-up plans for efficient decision-making.

This protocol flags a reminder for your team to check for self harm codes when filing A&E letters (Please read support article about adding a trigger locally)
CPCS referral template (TM00027)
A small template for coding referrals to the Community Pharmacist Consultation Service.
